About the event
The Cold Moon
The quietest gathering of the year. A return inward. This is a space of deep stillness, reflection, and presence. There is nothing to do, nothing to achieve. Only to be.
Meditation becomes longer, movement minimal, and the sharing circle optional and gentle. Sound healing carries you into a deeply restful state, allowing integration of the entire year.
