Aurora Eggert Coaching offers life coaching (support, guidance, and tools for building a better life, reducing stress etc.) with a strong experience. You must be 18 or older to buy Aurora Eggert Coaching services.

Coaching happens in-person @ the Yurt in Beaver Mines or using Zoom or other video call tool and all discussions are always confidential. Aurora Eggert Coaching never saves any other information than your name and email address. The notes that Aurora Eggert is taking during coaching sessions are not being shared with anybody.

By buying coaching services from Aurora Eggert Coaching, you understand Aurora Eggert is NOT a health care professional and does not give any kind of treatment or consultation for diagnosed medical problems nor does she attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, or emotional issue. Always seek advice from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before undertaking a new health regimen.

Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you read in/on Aurora Eggert Coaching website. Do not start or stop any medications without speaking to your medical or mental health provider.

Payments/ Investing in yourself.

First call (30 min) is always free of charge. If you are interested in buying Aurora Eggert Coaching services, the package for you is prepared after the first call. Payments are being paid upfront.

You may pay Aurora Eggert Coaching services through PayPal or via credit card if more suitable.

These Terms and Conditions of Aurora Eggert Coaching may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law (Province of Alberta) and to reflect any changes to the way Aurora Eggert Coaching operates the site and the way we expect users to behave on this site. You are responsible to check the Terms and Conditions whenever using this website, as there will be no emails about the changes. Updates to Terms and Conditions may be notified on Aurora Eggert Coaching’s social media channels.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Coaching: 

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates your commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion at set pace by the Client and the Coach. However, we also understand that unexpected events can happen. In addition to the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered on an individual basis, at the discretion of Aurora Eggert Coaching. 

In general these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations: 

• The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 10% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to auroraeggertcoaching@gmail.com within 24h.

• Coaching Session Late Arrival: Where the Client is more than fifteen (15) minutes late. The Client will lose their session and pay in full as if the Client did in fact attend. A message/e-mail is required to provide notice to the Coach of being late at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled session.

• Clients will not be able to make up the time lost.

• Once Aurora Eggert Coaching has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client may request to reschedule a session, if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. 

• Any missed sessions or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited. The rules and regulations for workshops are a little different. Here Aurora needs a 7 day notice in case you need to cancel/ reschedule.

• If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may take a break and finish the remaining appointments within 6 months of purchasing/ starting with the program.

• Appointments not scheduled/used within 6 months of purchase will be forfeited.

The Client, who purchases services via this website , is hereby agreeing to all of the above conditions and terms of Aurora Eggert Coaching Cancellation and refund policies.

Terms and Conditions and Waiver for Relaxation Massages at The Yurt

Welcome to The Yurt Experience. By booking a relaxation massage with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Appointment Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: Appointments can be scheduled via our website or by contacting us directly.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Health Disclosure: Clients must inform Aurora of any existing medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session. This includes both physical and mental health issues.

• Personal Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene for the comfort of both client and therapist.

4. Aurora's Responsibilities

• Professionalism: Aurora is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment.

• Confidentiality: All client information and session details are kept confidential.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in a relaxation massage session, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Assumption of Risk: You understand that massage involves physical contact and may cause minor discomfort. You agree to assume all risks associated with the session and to communicate at all times with Aurora if changes need to be made to pressure or pace of touch.

• Release of Liability: You release The Yurt Experience and Aurora from any liability arising from injury, loss, or damage incurred during the session, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. Payment

• Fees: Payment is due before/ at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other specified payment methods.

• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid sessions canceled within the allowed timeframe may be rescheduled.

7. Code of Conduct

• Behavior: Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the session without refund.

8. Changes to Terms

The Yurt Experience reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

Terms and Conditions for Joining a Yoga Practice

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing to participate in our Meditation/ yoga sessions. By booking yoga and meditation classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Enrollment and Attendance

• Registration: Participants must register for classes in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

• Punctuality: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

3. Health and Safety

• Medical Disclosure: Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or mental health issues that may affect their ability to participate in yoga sessions.

• Personal Responsibility: Engage in practices suitable for your fitness level. Inform the instructor of any discomfort during the session.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respect: Maintain respect for instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the session.

• Electronic Devices: Silence mobile phones and refrain from using electronic devices during sessions.
