The Harvest Moon: Honouring What Has Grown
As summer gives way to autumn, the Harvest Moon invites us to pause and acknowledge all that has taken root within us. Before rushing into the next season, we take a moment to celebrate our growth, express gratitude for the lessons we've gathered, and gently release what no longer nourishes us.
Join us in the warmth of the yurt for an evening of heartfelt connection and deep restoration. We'll begin with a welcoming sharing circle, inviting each person to reflect on what they are harvesting in their own life. From there, we'll move into an intuitive dance journey, allowing the body to express what words often cannot.
We'll close with a deeply relaxing restorative meditation, offering your nervous system an opportunity to soften, integrate, and settle into a profound sense of peace.
