Cancellation Policy
Relaxation Massage Policy, Disclaimer & Cancellation Policy Massage Policy & Disclaimer: Relaxation massage is a non-medical treatment designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to the session. If you are pregnant or have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult with your healthcare provider before receiving a massage. Aurora does not diagnose, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or misconduct, will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund. Cancellation Policy: A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the session fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee. In the event of an emergency, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Aurora. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session time while being charged the full price of the scheduled appointment. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
