Come Home to Yourself

I guide people who are exhausted, stuck, and/or longing for intimacy +  aliveness back into their body, their desire, and their truth.

If you’ve been giving everything to work, family, or others, and feel empty inside… if shame, old heartbreak, or fear of intimacy have been holding you back… you’re not alone.

I create a safe space where you can finally feel seen, understood, and fully alive. Where your body, heart, and desires are honored, and your true self can emerge.

You’re not alone in feeling this way.

Whether you’re a woman, a man, or a couple, longing for connection, clarity, and deeper intimacy — I see you.

Maybe you’ve felt disconnected from your body/heart/soulfulness, your desire, or your partner.

Maybe old patterns, trauma, or the pressure to perform have left you exhausted, anxious, or unsure of how to relate authentically.

Perhaps you’ve tried therapy, self-help, or advice from well-meaning friends — but nothing quite reaches the depth you’re craving.

I get it. I’ve been there. I’ve felt the ache of longing for intimacy that feels effortless and real, the frustration of not knowing how to ask for what you need, the fear of being seen as you truly are.

And I know how transformative it can be when someone finally feels safe, seen, and supported. That’s why I created this space: to meet you where you are, to help you reconnect with yourself, your partner, and your capacity for love, pleasure, and trust.

I’ve read 100+ books on emotional+somatic healing, meditation, trauma, relationships, interpersonal neurobiology and nervous system wisdom—learning from teachers like Peter Levine, Terrence Real, Melody Beattie, Tara Brach, Gabor Maté, Jeremy Devens, Eckart Tolle, Byron Katie among many others.

And for a fun one:
I can cry at a single line in a book, hike barefoot through the forest for clarity, and make a room of strangers feel safe within five minutes.

Acknowledgment of the Teachers of Tantric and Taoist traditions
I integrate teachings from Tantric and Taoist traditions into my coaching — not as a practitioner claiming lineage, but as a student of their wisdom. These teachings inform how I guide clients into deeper embodiment, presence, and pleasure, while respecting the depth and integrity of the original traditions.
Why I Do This Work
Hi, I’m Aurora
I am passionate about creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and fully alive.

A somatic, trauma-informed empowerment coach, intimacy guide, and eternal student of what makes us human. My work comes from a simple truth. Many of us are carrying too much, because we were never taught how to express our emotions or let ourselves be supported.

For years, I watched the wellness and coaching world promise “quick fixes,” mindset hacks, and to-do lists for healing, but none of it reached the parts that actually hurt. None of it honored the body or the nervous system or acknowledged the shame, grief, longing, desire, and exhaustion that so many of us quietly carry. Therapy often told me to “get over it” or think my way out, but my body knew differently.

My training in somatics, trauma, and physiotherapy showed me how the body speaks, and my own deeply empathetic nature revealed how human suffering shapes us. I saw a gap: women and men suffering in silence without guidance to reconnect with their bodies, desires, and truth. So I created a space rooted in breath, sensation, safety, and honesty, where your sadness, shame, fears, longing, and softness are not flaws, but guides.

How I Guide You

Blending science, soul, and somatic wisdom to help you hear yourself again.

Today, my work blends somatic practices, trauma integration, intimacy coaching, breathwork, and nervous-system healing. But more than the tools, I help people slow down enough to hear themselves again, their bodies, their desires, and their truth.

If we were sitting together, you’d notice someone who is soft but direct, spacious, soothing but not performative, spiritual yet grounded, and deeply committed to meeting you where you are, with unconditional love and no judgment.

I believe healing happens in tiny openings: a breath, a tear, a movement, a sound you didn’t know you needed to make. I believe everyone deserves spaces where they are held. And I believe your body already knows the way home.

I’m so glad you’re here.
Little glimpses into the messy, dark, soulful, joyous human behind the coaching.
My accent? A mix of German and French — just to clear that up right away 😀
I have a weakness for all dogs. All of them. Seriously.
I dearly miss European life: biking everywhere, sidewalk cafés, jaywalking, PDA, centuries-old buildings, and random chats with strangers.
I’ve experienced three pregnancy losses — two of them very traumatic. I know in my bones how to  hold space for grief, loss, and the strange ways they can deepen our soulfulness. Also, I understand what it means to fight your way back to feeling sensual and allowing my body to experience deep nourishing intimacy again.
Stand-up comedians? Huge respect. Bold, funny, and somehow quietly healing.
Daddy issues, anxious-avoidant attachment… I’ve untangled them all and continue to explore myself with gratitude for my mentors, therapists, and life’s tough lessons.
I met my sweetheart working at a liquor store… and I don’t even drink.
I was raped at 21. That experience I chose to see as initiation and it shaped my understanding of men, intimacy, and trust — and today, I joyfully guide men toward fulfilling, empowered lives.
In 2010 I lost a dear schoolmate to suicide. This deeply sparked my interest in men’s work / mental health.
I grew up with brothers and love being in the energy of brotherhood and serving the men in my community the best I can.
I thrive in the Canadian Rockies, yet I chase city energy through art, music, coffee shops, opera, theater, and people-watching. I get especially excited when witnessing someone fully in their flow.

How My Work Is Unique
My work is unique because I don’t ask you to change or fix yourself — I help you come back home to yourself. I give you permission to feel it all and express it all.

I don’t believe in quick mindset shifts, pushing through, or pretending your nervous system isn’t overwhelmed. I work with your body, your breath, your emotions, your longing… the parts of you that actually hold the truth.

When you work with me, you’re not getting a script or a one-size-fits-all method.

You’re getting someone who sits with you, breathes with you, attunes to you, and meets you exactly where you are, without rushing your process or making you feel like you’re “too much” or “not enough”

My approach blends somatic trauma integration, emotional processing, breathwork, intimacy coaching, soulful empowerment and nervous system healing.

But really, it feels like this:

You get to slow down.
You get to be held instead of doing the holding.
You get to unravel without being judged.
You get to reconnect with desire, softness, and the parts of you you’ve abandoned to survive.
You get to express yourself freely.

I listen to the body just as much as the words.
I follow the tremble in your voice, the breath you’re not taking, the ache in your chest when you talk about heartbreak or loneliness or longing.

We go at the pace of safety — not pressure.
You’re a good fit for this work if you’re ready for honesty, ready to feel, and ready to stop carrying everything by yourself. You don’t need to arrive “healed.” You just need to be willing to show up with your whole self; raw, messy, numb, disconnected, tender, curious, guarded, whatever is true.

My work is not about making you someone new.

It’s about remembering who you already are underneath the tension, the roles, the social conditioning,  the expectations, and the noise.
If that resonates, then you’ll feel at home here.
Ready to experience this kind of transformation for yourself?

Your body already knows the way. Let’s follow it together.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
You don’t need to feel “ready.”
You just need a willingness to soften, to be curious, and to trust that there’s more for you than what you’ve been surviving.

Whether you’re coming in as a woman, a man, or a couple—your desire for deeper intimacy, safety, and aliveness is welcome here.
Is this for me?

Yes. This work is for everyone, whether you’re brand new to coaching or have been on a self-development path for years. You don’t need the right words, experience, or answers. We begin exactly where you are.
