The Coaching Process:

Book a FREE call (30 min) with me. We will get to know each other and see if we are a match. Free call won’t tie you with anything!

If you feel we are a match, I will prepare the package for you in 5-8 days. I also might suggest you something more personally tailored depending on your needs.

Start Coaching sessions with me according to your package and plan. We will meet at the Yurt or connect through calls organized with Zoom/ Phone call .There will be one 120 min meeting/ call per week. During meetings/calls you will do exercises and actively work on your belief systems, patterns,feelings and thoughts. I will also guide you through transformational and liberating meditations. You may contact me through WhatsApp in between the calls, if you have anything to ask or you have concerns about something or simply for me to be there for accountability sake

Once coaching is done, reflect what you have learned. If you wish to continue coaching with me, I will prepare another package for you – with special price of course!

For online coaching, all you need is an iPhone, iPad, or computer. If we’re not meeting in person, we’ll connect through Zoom or phone, and we’ll still make magic happen. Distance doesn’t matter if your heart is in it.

I’ll be giving you tools and exercises to help you take action. But here’s the thing: You’ve got to meet me halfway. 15 minutes to an hour a day—just for yourself. That’s all it takes to create massive shifts. What you put into this process is what you’ll get out of it. This is your life—so choose to show up for yourself.

Bring a notebook and pen. Not to take notes—to capture your breakthroughs. Every word, every realization is part of your journey. And you’ll need somewhere to write it down.

Wear something comfortable (and weatherproof, because nature will likely be involved!). We’re going to get real—sometimes that means we’ll practice relaxation, take walks in the woods, or even move our bodies through yoga. What serves you best is what we’ll do.
