About the event
The Fall equinox is a sacred pause and a moment of balance between light and dark, outer action and inner stillness.
In the forest yurt, we will gather in circle for sacred sharing, guided meditation, and gentle releasing rituals to let go of what no longer serves. You'll be held in softness of yin restorative yoga, allowing your body and heart to settle deeply into grounding and renewal.
Expect an evening of gentleness, connection, and profound grounding as we honor the shift into autumn together. ( no experience needed)
