Cancellation Policy

I understand that yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices involve physical and mental relaxation techniques. While these practices are generally safe, I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own well-being during the session. I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health to participate and will notify the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may impact my participation. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this class, including but not limited to any injuries, psychological distress, or personal loss. I release and discharge the instructor(s), The Yurt Experience, and any associated staff or facility from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation. Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge that cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a credit or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class or no-shows will not be refunded or credited. The instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a credit or refund will be offered. Confidentiality Agreement:I understand that meditation and mindfulness classes may involve personal reflections or discussions. I agree to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of other participants. Acknowledgment & Agreement:I have read and understand this waiver and agreement. By signing below, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this class and agree to the terms outlined above.
