Cancellation Policy
Yoga Class & Forest Area Waiver + Cancellation Policy Waiver & Release of Liability By participating in yoga classes, workshops, or any activities at The Yurt Experience, I acknowledge and agree to the following: Yoga Class Waiver I understand that yoga involves physical movement and may include stretching, balance, and strength exercises. I acknowledge that I am responsible for listening to my body and practicing within my limits. I confirm that I am in good health and have consulted a doctor if I have any medical conditions or injuries that could affect my participation. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree not to hold The Yurt Experience, its instructors, or affiliates liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during or as a result of my participation. Forest Area Waiver I understand that The Yurt Experience is located in a natural forest setting, which may include uneven, slippery, or muddy ground due to weather conditions. I acknowledge that I am responsible for wearing appropriate footwear and taking necessary precautions while walking in the area. I assume full responsibility for my safety and will not hold The Yurt Experience or its staff liable for any injuries or incidents related to the outdoor environment. Cancellation Policy 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee for regular Yoga classes and small day time events. 7 day notice for 1 night and 2 night retreats. Late cancellations (within 24 hours/ 7 days of the class or event) will be charged the full amount. No-shows will be charged in full. If The Yurt Experience cancels a class or event, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
